1. What does RAWK mean?
Some may say it is the noise an Albatross makes - Rawk, rawk, I'm an
albatross, rawk!
We like to think RAWK is the slang spelling of ROCK, originally used
by metal fans to describe everything cool and awesome - This is so
rawking. This rawks!
2. Is this site safe?
Yes it is, we take security seriously, your credit card information
is not stored anywhere in our systems once your order has been
processed and all ordering is done on a secure (128 bit SSL) connection.
3. Do you charge for shipping?
We charge £4 shipping to UK mainland orders. Saturday delivery is
available for all those last minute orders,
however there is an additional charge. Please call us for further
details.
4. Can you ship to an other country?
Yes we can, however there is an additional charge, please call us for

5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques, postal orders and most credit/debit cards, sorry
we do not accept American Express.
6. How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We ship most orders the following working day from receiving the
order, some items may take a little longer if they are out of stock.
However we can usually get new stock within 2-3 working days.
7. What happens if you are out of stock of what I order?
Usually everything available on the site is in stock, if the item is
out of stock we will contact you and your card will not be charged.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes you can, simply enter your order number and email address on our
website to track your order.
9. What is your returns policy?
We offer a full refund or exchange policy, please see our returns
section.
10. Is there a warranty on your goods?
Most manufacturers offer a warranty against manufacturing defects
only.
11. Do you have a colour catalogue?
We have a product guide displaying some of most popular items, please
give us a call and we will be happy to send you one.
12. What do you do with the information you collect from me?
Nothing except use it to ship your order. Your name or email is not
added to any mailing lists, we may on occasions email you with new
products and news, however if you would like us to stop just let us
know!
